Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.  
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.  
You will be notified if there is any significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:  
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days  
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (when available)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or seasonal volume.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.  
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.  
Unleash Your Goat LLC is not responsible for:

- packages delivered to the wrong address  
- delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses  

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, it is out of our control.

We are not responsible for:  
- lost packages  
- stolen packages  
- delays caused by the carrier  

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

International Shipping
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.  

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes within the United States unless restricted by the carrier.
